This policy explains how enquiry information is handled on the Draft My Designs website.

Information you provide

Our forms request contact details, project requirements, project location and communication preferences. Optional fields can be left blank. Share only information relevant to your enquiry and ensure you have permission to share any project files.

Email enquiries and files

The website currently prepares an email draft in your chosen email application. Opening a draft does not submit an enquiry to Draft My Designs. You must send the email to info@draftmydesigns.com. Project enquiry files are not uploaded by the website; you may attach them in your email application or provide a shared link. Your email and file-sharing providers apply their own privacy policies and attachment limits.

WhatsApp portfolio enquiries

Submitting a portfolio access request opens WhatsApp addressed to +91 91451 61726 with the details you entered in the form. Review the message and tap Send in WhatsApp to complete your enquiry. WhatsApp handles this interaction under its own privacy policy. Opening the message does not automatically send it.

Career applications

The careers form collects your contact information, qualifications, experience, skills, availability and any CV or portfolio you choose to provide. Applications and attachments are processed by FormSubmit and delivered to hr.draftmydesigns@gmail.com. These details are used by our recruitment team to assess suitability and contact you about your application. Do not include identity documents, financial details or confidential client work. Partnership enquiries

The partnership form collects business and contact details, expertise, collaboration preferences, and company profiles or portfolios you provide. FormSubmit processes the submitted details and attachments for delivery to hr.draftmydesigns@gmail.com. We use these materials to assess potential collaborations and contact you. Share only authorised, non-confidential work. To request correction or deletion of partnership information, contact hr.draftmydesigns@gmail.com.

How we use enquiries

Information sent to us is used to review requirements, prepare proposals, coordinate meetings and respond using your preferred contact method. Relevant project information may be reviewed by team members involved in your enquiry. The form does not subscribe you to marketing.

Browser and hosting data

Form entries remain in the open page while you move between steps. Contact and project details may be reused between forms on the same open page to avoid repeated entry. These shared details are kept in page memory, not browser storage. The popup uses session storage to limit automatic opening to once per browser session. You can reopen it using the enquiry buttons. Refreshing or closing the page may remove unsent entries. The hosting provider may process technical request data needed to serve and protect this website.

Retention and your requests

Enquiries sent by email remain in our business email records as needed for correspondence and project administration. To request access, correction or deletion of enquiry information, or to ask about retention or privacy, contact info@draftmydesigns.com. We will review requests in light of applicable obligations.

International enquiries

Draft My Designs operates from Pune, India and works with clients worldwide. Information you send may be reviewed and processed by our team in India and by the email, hosting or file-sharing providers used for the correspondence.
